Ulstein has developed various-sized X-BOW® vessels for the RoPax market.

The robust X-BOW® is a proven solution used in several types of ships and leads to improved seakeeping, reduced speed loss and lower fuel consumption.

The X-BOW® has several advantages, and of particular interest to the RoPax market is the reductions in movements and speed loss in head seas which help to keep schedules. The volume gained in the bow area contributes to increased cargo carrying capacity with additional lane metres and a larger accommodation area.
