The Ålesund-based company, Blue Ctrl, will provide data capture and cloud services to Frøy's entire fleet, and their solution, BLUE BOX, will play a central role in collecting and analysing operational data on board in an automated and efficient manner. Insights from continuous data analysis will provide Frøy with the opportunity to optimise operations, reduce environmental impact, and strengthen its position as a leading player in sustainable aquaculture.

"This provides valuable insights that will give decision-makers and crew members important tools to make informed decisions and operate the business in line with sustainable principles," says Kristian Reiten, CIO of Frøy.

"We are very excited about the collaboration with Blue Ctrl. This partnership represents an important step towards achieving our ambitious sustainability goals. By harnessing the potential of digitisation and data analysis, we will be able to reduce noise, optimise operations, and minimise our environmental impact. This is important for both employees on board and the planet as a whole."

Blue Ctrl is a recognized player in maritime software and system development with strong expertise in automation. The company is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet the ever-changing needs of the maritime industry.

"We are proud to be chosen as a strategic partner for Frøy. Our BLUE BOX solution is tailored to meet the needs of a modern and sustainable aquaculture fleet like Frøy's.
