Mannseth comes from a position as Group Brand & Sustainability Officer at Norwegian Hydrogen, bringing extensive experience in product development from previous roles. She holds a strong technological background with a master’s degree in informatics and computer science from the University of Bergen. She has broad experience in innovation, product development, and leadership from tech companies and international brands.

At the same time, the current Managing Director, Arne K. Dybvik, will transition into a new role as Commercial Director. This is part of a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening sales, customer relations, and market positioning.
