Eitt døgns hektisk løfte- og transportarbeid langs kysten

I løpet av eitt døgn i midten av september 2020 kombinerte tungløftsavdelinga to oppdrag i Romsdal og på Nordmøre. Det eine involverte å sjøsette ein båt, det andre var eit kombinert oppdrag med henting, frakting og montering av ei ferjebru.

Medan tungløftsavdelinga i august/september har vore involverte i løft av dekksutstyr til kabelleggingsskipet Nexans Aurora som er under bygging ved Ulstein Verft, så har avdelinga i andre del av september utført oppdrag langs kysten.

Tysdag 15. september var dei på plass på Salthammer Båtbyggeri AS i Vestnes, der dei sjøsette ein servicebåt til oppdrettsnæringa. Deretter reiste dei innom Nordvest Sveis AS utanfor Molde for å hente ei ferjebru. Denne frakta dei til Kanestraum i Tingvoll der ferjebrua vart montert natt til onsdag 16. september. Grunna pågåande arbeid med piren måtte dei legge seg i motsett bås for bru-monteringa.
