In June, shortly after the launch of yard number 316 at Ulstein Verft, the 'Island Centurion' will be docked into our dock hall. The ship was built in 2011 and is now ready for classification.

Ulstein Verft will install a treatment plant for ballast water which also includes pipe installations, and perform painting and maintenance of the bottom part of the hull.

"Most likely, Island Offshore will want more work done and there may also be assignments for Schlumberger, the charterer of the ship", says May-Kristin Myklebust, production manager at Ulstein Verft.
