The Most Innovative Product Award is bestowed upon an organisation that has developed a technologically innovative product, in hardware or software, that delivers a clear and significant advance for the shipping industry.

With the ULSTEIN X-BOW, a different approach to volume distribution was introduced, featuring a significantly larger, more slender forward volume. The increased bow volume improves buoyancy in the forebody, reducing bow immersion when encountering waves. As a result, slamming is eliminated, and the hull moves through the water with a very gentle motion.
